Hello everybody - I'm Lanyje, and have been playing minesweeper for about six years. I mostly play expert, and was the first known sweeper to go below 50 secs. I do play some intermediate, but it's not my favourite - bigger boards, with more mines and more complexe patterns is what I like best.

My intermediate-highscore has developed this way:
12 - March 5th 2002
13 - October 8th 2001
14 - August 12th 2001
15 - February 27th 2001
16 - December 8th 2000
17 - November 8th 2000
18 - February 12th 2000

(I took a long break (which for me means a few months) in the first half of 2000 after getting 55 on expert. Didn't begin until June, when Damien wanted me on his list). I don't remember any earlier than that.

Besides minesweeper I like to play music - I play guitar, piano and soprano-recorder. Earlier I used to do a lot of long distance running - I ran a marathon when I was 16, and have run 7 or 8 half marathons, but I don't anymore - minesweeper and studying is taking too much time (or maybe I'm just too lazy these days).

A few tips - 1) don't play with cold hands and 2) keep playing!
